Information you send us

When you use the contact form, you provide your name, email address, phone number (optional), project type and message. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss or provide the services you ask about. Form submissions are delivered to our inbox through an email delivery service (Twilio SendGrid).

Website analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrived. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personal information that identifies you.

Customer billing

Existing customers may access billing through a customer portal operated by Stripe. Payment details are entered with and stored by Stripe, not on this website. Stripe's handling of your information is described in the Stripe privacy policy.

What we do not do

We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers named above, when needed to deliver services you requested, or when required by law.

Security systems and monitoring

Information related to installed security, video, access control or monitoring services is governed by your service agreement with ROVA, not by this website policy.
