Marcus began his career in telecommunications and networking, then spent 15 years running IT for a Fort Worth homebuilder and developer with oil and gas and multifamily operations. He supported more than 250 users across 20-plus offices and a mobile field workforce, so he learned how builders actually run projects from the inside. Alongside that, he has worked hands-on in low-voltage and construction since 2004.

In 2014 he founded ROVA Solutions to bring that experience into new home construction: networks, low-voltage wiring and security systems that make a home work from day one. ROVA still designs and installs residential systems today.

More recently, Marcus built the models and software behind RVIN™ Vehicle Intelligence, which helps builders document vehicle activity on jobsites, respond to potential theft and keep records they can share with local law enforcement.

Today ROVA’s focus is commercial security and technology for builders, general contractors and property teams. Marcus leads every project from planning through turnover and brings in trusted trade partners when the scope calls for it, so clients keep one accountable contact from the first conversation to support after the job is done.
